One of the best documentaries I have seen in a long time.
Where can you watch this? I checked Netflix and didn't see it there.

Default Where to Find Fed Up

Lizzy63, you can order it on Amazon Prime Instant Video. You can also purchase the DVD for 10.00. It is not as easy to find as I would like it to be, but it is worth watching.

Hi, need to do a reboot to lose a 5-7lbs holiday gain. Does anyone have a copy of the phase 1 sheet?

Found it. Thank you. They don't have bok choy listed so I'm assuming we're not allowed in phase 1...

Happy Monday! (And GO PATRIOTS!)

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a lovely dinner with my ladies' small group from church on Sunday, they were having manicotti but the host set aside some of her homemade sauce for me and I brought some yellow squash noodles, had that with a big salad and just ate my protein at lunchtime. There is another woman in our group that recently went totally gluten-free, so there was no issue as far as social pressure - we have a few special dietary needs among us so we just accommodate

My kids made a big decision yesterday...they decided to spend ALL of their Christmas money getting a HAMSTER I was actually very proud of them, they had been talking on and on about the different toys they wanted to get with their money, but as soon as the idea of using it toward a hamster came up, they were both on board and worked out a cleaning/feeding/watering schedule without much help from me He's pretty cute too, and they named him Emmett (after the Lego movie character).

Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Monday!

It's the first week of classes for me, although I don't teach until tomorrow!
This morning I stepped on the scale after my shower and I was down another 2 pounds! But I'm waiting until tomorrow until I really write that one in!

Have a great day!

Hi Scorbett! Your dinner with the friends sounds like my dinner Friday night. It's not hard to slip back into the routine of eating the way we do.

Cute about the hamster. BTW fyi, Emmett means "truth" in Hebrew. I haven't seen the Lego movie, but that might shed a little light on the character.

Have a great day! Time for me to get to work! Why am I on here???

Well, I meant to get up this morning for my essentrics workout and my PT exercises BUT I woke up at 4 am & was soundly sleeping when the 5:30 alarm sounded. It'll be an after-work workout day for me.

I'm going to start back at my gym with water exercise classes again. Unfortunately, they are at pretty inconvenient times for me so my consistency will be affected. Perfect for me would be to have them scheduled when I'm on my way home from work. If only the world revolved around moi.

I've been in PT since October for hip pain and although I'm not ALL better, it is better. I just feel like I'm needing more overall movement and it is just to doggone cold to "play" outside. I'm hoping by (early) spring I'll be able to go for walks again. Last fall, just walking through a large supermarket hurt!

I did a lot of cooking over the weekend. I have one more thing to assemble tonite and it'll go in the crockpot in the morning. I got a BUNCH of crockpot recipes from a friend and they are easily adaptable with IP-friendly ingredients.

Here's to a great OP week and whooshes for all!

Happy Monday, everyone...though it's a dreary looking day here in Baton Rouge. Hope you all have a great week!
