Down exactly 70 pounds now. (Only 30 pounds away from down 100, which I might hit in less than 2 months?)

Who would cheat (or even think about doing 90%) when you can get results like this by not cheating?

that's AWESOME avalon, you're such an inspiration! tomorrow will mark the end of week 4 on IP for me and i have not cheated ONE SINGLE BITE! first time ever on a diet that i can say that!! i'm feeling sooo good about being all in and keeping the commitment that i made to myself to be "all-in"! keep up the good work!!!

All of you are doing so great on the program and you are an inspiration to me. I'm on week 5 and down 14 lbs. Slow and steady is the way it goes for me but I am happy with the results.

Does anyone know why my weight on my ticker is correct but my current weight is not correct on the S/C/G to the left? I updated it under my signature and even log out and back in and still it's not updating the correct number for current weight.

You have to edit your current weight in 2 places. Edit your signature and then go into your profile and edit the weight there as well....that will change the tracker on the left column.

This form exclusively helped me so much my first time around and many of my friends still post here but for my reboot I don't feel I can post on the 100% at this time. I hope you all the best in your journey, IP works and works best at 100% yes, but life is not perfect and neither am I so to the friends that know me I am here to support you all, I just won't be posting here.
