I just received notice at work -- Google outage today with Google sheets and with sharing google docs has been resolved - I am about to update the sheet with my WI from last nite.

Just checked my results on the Spring Challenge.....18 pounds so far. Still one more week. Was thinking 25 was quite optimistic. Hoping for 20.5 total.....maybe 21 if I'm lucky. Have a great week, all! |

Woot Woot, I'm back to my 3 weeks ago weight. Just under, but a pound up from my lowest ever weight (which always seems to be between WI days and therefore doesn't count!).
Looking forward to the close of this challenge and the start of the spring-summer one! :) |

motivation
i did ideal protein first time and lost 35 pounds...now I'm bigger than i was before i started...i cannot stick to the diet...i feel and look like a failure

What a way to end the spring challege for me...after weeks of up and down I pulled a 4.5 loss on the scale today! Woo Hoo well deserved after trudging thru weeks of annoying WI's!
