I just received notice at work -- Google outage today with Google sheets and with sharing google docs has been resolved - I am about to update the sheet with my WI from last nite.

Looking forward to the Summer Challenge.

Just checked my results on the Spring Challenge.....18 pounds so far. Still one more week. Was thinking 25 was quite optimistic. Hoping for 20.5 total.....maybe 21 if I'm lucky.

Have a great week, all!

Lisa - Thank you for keeping the Spring Challenge chart. It's a great tool and helped me to achieve the mini-goal I wanted - 21lbs down!

I hope you'll consider keeping it going. I know it's work for you, but I'm sure those of us who stick with it truly appreciate your time!

Woot Woot, I'm back to my 3 weeks ago weight. Just under, but a pound up from my lowest ever weight (which always seems to be between WI days and therefore doesn't count!).

Looking forward to the close of this challenge and the start of the spring-summer one! :)

WTG!! :)

I can't believe we're on the final week, it feels like we just started! Everyone's done fantastic, lots of pounds gone for good!

When you are mentally ready you will do this . Start now, and go one day at a time 100% and you will get there... then be certain to phase off properly after learning some coping skills for stressful times and refusing to go back to the 'old' way of eating. ;) We are here for you! Post on the daily chat or head to the rebooters thread for a little inspiration and a bit of encouragement.

You can get there again, smileyt03!

Oh girl you need a  ! If you were successful once, you can be again. It really is a mind thing and once you have made up your mind to beat this, you will. Keep you eye on the prize and all that but really; look at where you are having problems sticking with it and change them. If it's keeping certain foods in the house, get rid of it! If you have others living with you, do your best to get them to understand that "out of sight" is where the food that you choose not to eat needs to be. If it's stopping at that fast food joint because it is so convenient, take a different route home. Be stronger than your cravings! You can do this but you have to make up your mind about it. You are not a failure as long as you keep trying. Good luck!

As Liana and Frawniemae have said .. it's a mental thing and you can (and will) do it once your mind is ready for it.

Can you identify when the weak points in your day are? Do you have stresses that you need to find an alternative outlet to food for? If you know where the danger zone is, you can start working on a plan so that you optimise what you get from IP when you are truly in the right mental space to do it.

It's only failure if you give up, so don't be too hard on yourself. Pick yourself up, put a plan in place to cope with the most difficult days, get rid of all your "less than desirable" foods from your home and start over.

We know you can do this. Nearly all of us here were in the same boat before we started and understand how you feel, but keep going, keep trying. :)
