Everyone in this challenge can start sending requests. You all know how it works!
The new thread will have directions for new folks.

Just checking to see if I missed the new challenge thread. I know this Spring one helped me stay on track and be extra vigilant with what I put n my mouth!

Uh, Liana, one year maintaining is nothing to scoff at!! Great!!!

Hi All! It's the end of this challenge and I'm down 15 pounds and only away from my goal weight. It's slow at this point, but I'm fine with that. I'm happy to be going in the right direction and maintaining when I'm not going down. I've got some family health challenges, so I'm doing my best to stay OP.

Happy Spring to you all! Happy (smaller) spring!!! :):):broc::broc::sunny::sunny:

New challenge thread is posted :)
I need to drop a few so all my spring/summer clothes will fit.

Let's do this!

I just posted my 1.0 lb loss for this week -- after 11 weeks in this challenge I have lost just over 14lbs - an average of 1.29 lbs per week. I hoped for more at the outset of the challenge, but I will take the results I have - I moved from the 180's into the 160's, and that's a very good thing.

I am ready for the new challenge - let's do this!!

Congrats! Slowdowns are normal. It's all good when it heads in the right direction. It just takes more resolve. IP is easier at first when the scale gives us those BIG rewards. But, to learn to keep it off, we need to learn the scale is just a tool & not reward or punishment.

The true rewards are the health benefits ( and the smaller clothes ;) )

You are so right, Lisa! And today I revised my target date for goal. At the pace I have been losing since January, I can see that I won't lose 18 lbs in the next 6 weeks to reach goal by April 30. So I added another month - even that may be a stretch, but I'll hang with it and see how it goes. Maybe the addition of exercise that I have started will help take me to the finish line. :)
