I just posted my 1.0 lb loss for this week -- after 11 weeks in this challenge I have lost just over 14lbs - an average of 1.29 lbs per week. I hoped for more at the outset of the challenge, but I will take the results I have - I moved from the 180's into the 160's, and that's a very good thing.
I am ready for the new challenge - let's do this!! |

Oneuh Congrats! Slowdowns are normal. It's all good when it heads in the right direction. It just takes more resolve. IP is easier at first when the scale gives us those BIG rewards. But, to learn to keep it off, we need to learn the scale is just a tool & not reward or punishment. The true rewards are the health benefits ( and the smaller clothes ;) ) |
