I love it when my Nashua order comes in :)

Tried the Kay's Naturals Honey Almond cookie bites...those are DEFINITELY going into the regular rotation!

I was thinking they'll work great as a cereal - I already use vanilla RTD as "milk" in my Protidiet honey soy cheerios, and the cookie bites reminded me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

Yes, I hope it works like magic for u all "rebooters"!!! Because i will be traveling for a month in december and instead of "phasing out", i want to try and go between p1 and p2 n even p3 on occasion to see how that goes:)and den i will be P1 exclusive again after the trip. I will be walking a lot and will be very active, so hoping to retain the habit even if i don't lose any weight. Is dat a something i shud even try? or shud i ask this in a different thread? Thanks!

Probably a better question for the daily thread, but I'll say that if you can do P1/P2 that's probably a better plan. Remember that P3 includes big breakfasts that meet certain nutritional requirements, and that could be tough to work out while out of town. P1 gets to be convenient because shakes and bars are super portable, P2 is easier if you are going to be eating out a lot. Some folks experience a little tummy shock with the carbs in P3 too...not something you want to toy with while you're on vacation. better to phase out completely BEFORE you leave, or plan on P1/P2 while you're away.

OBSESSED with the new Sour Cream & Onion flavored Quest chips!! They're my new favorite thing! I can't wait until they start selling them in stores so I don't have to wait for shipments.

Thanks Scorbett. I will keep that in mind when I am planning my vacation. And, thanks for being patient with me. I am still trying to figure out what question belongs to which thread unless it is obvious.:)

I tried this alternative a few weeks ago, I liked the ingredients, but I thought it tasted awful. Oh well.

These sound excellent. Going to add that to my next NN order. :) Just got the WLS Dark Choc Marshmallow bars to try (hubby wanted them, even though they're restricted values). Have you tried them at all?

The WLS bars? Yes :) I prefer the 15g crispy bar variety pack, the Fudge & Graham ones are my favorites - taste like a regular Quaker chewy granola bar. The Crispy Cinnamon is good too. I think you can get variety packs of chewy or crispy bars, the chewy ones just tend to be harder on my teeth :)

Wallgreens sells the Kays Naturals in the diet food section of their stores for the same price as NN. I've been in love with the cinnamon almond cookies for almost a year now.

Hubby would LOVE the crunchy ones, but he has issues with his braces and getting the nuts out, so we go for the smooth ones. :)

Oooh, now that's interesting to know, thanks! Walgreens is our closest store! Guess I'll be calling in on my way back from the grocery store. :)

Are the Quest chips restricted?
