Fellas, tomorrow is my week 2 weigh in. I was doing soooo good but i slipped yesterday and ate a potato samosa .... I'm beating mysel up so much for that! On a positive note, I joined a gym and did an hour today. Hopefully that will help speed up the weight loss . Can't wait for tomorrow ! Wish me luck

Congrats on your success so far! Are you having a hard time eating all of your food in the day? I started on the 6/29 and for the last few days I've lost my appetite in the evening and I'm having to force myself to my dinner.

Don't beat yourself up! We have all slipped up at some time or other. You can do this! Just start over fresh and start again! We are here for you if you need us!!

Today marks one month since I started Ideal Protein. 15 lbs lost and hopefully never to be found again!!!!

WI 1: 5.8 lbs
WI 2: 1.2 lbs
WI 3: 3 lbs
WI 4: 5 lbs

What is crazy is that during week 2, I was trying to incorporate some exercise videos and I really think that stalled the weight loss. Week 3 I went walking for about an hour for 4 days and week 4 I haven't been as active.

My coach told me walking only and not to work out. Calories are so restricted that I would begin burning muscle in addition to fat. She said she can always tell who is working out just by looking at their numbers.

I'm going to stick to walking on the weekends, since I'm not a morning person but can get up early enough to beat the heat on Saturdays and Sundays. I just would like to be somewhat 'active' because it does make me feel better (that is unless the numbers don't move on the scale!!). I'm saving the exercise videos and other more active activities until after Phase 1.

My coach says the same thing about who she can tell is working out or not. She said that she has ladies that come in that are adamant about doing spin class while they are on P1 and get upset that they don't see the results they want on the scale.

Today was my week 2 WI. I have lost 2.4lbs!!! Yippieeee.
In two weeks I have lost a total of 8lbs. I am so happy.
Week 1: -5.6
Week 2: -2.4

Default Can SOMEONE Confirm Phase 1 Sheet Dated 6-2014???

I have been given a Phase 1 Protocol Sheet dated 6-2014

It was given by someone on line who is a coach (I have no reason to not believe her but also no way to confirm). It is a version of the protocol sheet posted a couple months ago but we learned it was in testing at only a few centers. She says it is now in the coaches Library and is the NEW PHASE ONE SHEET.

ANYONE who started recently - can you confirm this date???I do not want to post until I get confirmation that coaches are using it.

JLUS some people seem to be getting that sheet and some people haven't yet. Not all clinics are as fast to catch up. I would say if your coach gave it to you use it. I don't go to see my coach for over a week but when I was there last time and asked her about it, she had no clue what I was talking about. But I often know things before her about new products etc. from 3FC so I don't go by her not knowing anymore. You all keep me ahead of the game usually

I joined on June 24th and was given the old sheet. Someone posted the new one on this page about a week or so ago though so I have seen it.

Default Starting phase 2 Need Ideas

Is anyone in phase 2 right now? I need all the advice you can give. I've lost a total of 110 lbs. I've done it this far and i don't want to mess up. i feel totally like a new person, it's an awesome feeling!

I am down 11 lbs (3 weeks).. Tom week so scale hasn't budged
