sydster! Good luck tomorrow! I am also new, just finishing my 3rd day, and honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I thought I would be miserable the first 3 days) Just make sure to drink lots of water, someone here suggested to drink half of what you weight (so if you weight 200lbs you'll drink 100oz of water daily) Also, don't forget your supplements and the salt and oil, and take advantage of the extra IP food that's allowed for the first week, and eat as much unlimited veggies as you can, to make yourself feel full...and if you get hungry, drink cold water and remind yourself why you started this diet.
