I just looked up Syntrax Whey Protein Isolate on google and see that it comes in other flavors -- have you tried the chocolate or vanilla?
Is this a good alternative to the IP drink mixes? It seems like most alternative IP'ers use EAS Carb Control -- I just picked some of those up and thought the vanilla was ok, but not as good a flavor as IP... great price reduction though.
So any feedback re other flavors besides Cherry?
I have cherry, orange, and grapefruit.
I've had chocolate in the past.
I prefer the fruity ones b/c they're all thin. I prefer my chcolate creamier & I'm not a vanilla fan.

Rayze - I think to make your dinner protein the 8 oz you need to add a couple of egg whites to your 4 eggs. The new protocol sheet call for 6 eggs, 2-4 whole and the remainder in egg whites.
