YUM! S: Quest Cookies n Cream Bar (stale...very disappointing) D: 4 oz shredded chicken and buffalo hot sauce served of salad of lettuce and 2 C of cukes, peppers and cauliflower...WF chipotle ranch dressing S: IP BBQ chips |

As long as you got your packets, veggies, 8 oz protein, and salt/oil/water/etc you will be fine.
