I feel pretty positive about my discipline and desire. I have been 100% OP since I started. I intend to stay that way no matter which way I decide to get to goal. My accountability in the long run is to myself first, then the coach. So taking the coach out of the equation doesn't change that.

I have 2 weeks before I go on vacation, during which I will still be OP, but using alternatives that I can buy locally (which I have already researched availability)rather than hauling IP products with me. I'll still bring a few packets just in case. I'll have some time to think it over and make a decision when I get back.
thank you for the picture love.

Sounds like you have what it takes to suceed regardless of following IP or alternatives.
Vacationing - After doing IP for not even 2 weeks my hubby and I made a last minute trip to Hawaii, we brought some stuff but, bought it there in Hawaii. Target and Walmart were priced the same for alternative shakes and bars as they were here at home. Vacationing and following IP is totally doable.

Have fun on your vacation and best of luck on your decision making.

where do you find 4C? I'll have to look for that one. I also use lemon sweet leaf drops They're stevia sweetened.
At our ShopRite store they are in the beverage aisle with all the water enhancers (Mio, etc). Their Lite line are all sweetened with Sucralose. They also have SF powdered mixes (iced tea, lemonade, etc. ) Do you order the Sweet Leaf on line?

Default Quest Bars - Meh

So I have tried the Strawberry Cheesecake and the Cinnamon Roll. I wasn't super excited by either one. Maybe it's an acquired taste.

I've never eatten a quest bar but, it sounds like people heat up in the microwave the cinnamon roll one? If you bought more than one, maybe that will improve the taste?

Someone on here said they cut them up in small pieces and put on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and baked for a bit and they are like cookies. I do have a couple more that I could try that with, but I got them to see if I wanted to use them on vacation since there will be a lot of driving. I can try the microwave/baking thing and see if that helps.

I like the chocolate ones best (chocolate chip cookie dough, double chocolate chunk, or Oreo)
Actually the ones you had control cravings better for me than the ones I "really like". My whole focus is to eat things that don't "taste like more"

I had the Quest Apple Pie bar this morning for breakfast. I microwaved it first, it made it into a biscuit-like cookie. It wasn't bad!

Becca Boo - you can have miracle noodles on IP. I've had them before when I followed adtkins and they were alright. You definately want to make sure you soak and rinse the noodles really well, they come in a package with fluid...and the fluid...well....it's stinky.

Thanks for the feedback on the Quest Apple Pie bar, one of these days I might try them.

Oh...before I forget Becca. One past I recommend even more highly then the miracle nooddles is the proti-thin fusila pasta noodle. It's unrestricted and high in protein 20grams of protein. I will mix some alfredo sauce of the WF spaghetti sauce and veggies. It's nice and filling.
