I think I fixed it - some of the columns were locked but only for certain people, must have been a carry over from when I copied it.
Please give it a try again and let me know if it works or not.
And yes, that is my 3.6lbs loss on the first line

Drat! I'd love to join this, but my losses have really slowed down lately. I don't think I can lose 20lbs by Christmas and I'd bring your average down. But I'll be rooting for all of you! Go team Xmas!

When do you open up the cells to put in our weight for this week? My weigh in is on Tuesdays, so I took last weeks weight as my starting weight, but need to put in this weeks loss for this week.
