Just added 3.6 to the spreadsheet. Broke the halfway marker. Need to hit about 2 lbs a week to meet this challenge...that might be hard with the holidays and all the yummy food that brings...but I may just need to spend more time at the gym.
Added my WI for this week to the spreadsheet, which TOTALLY made up for the last week gain of .4. Down 11.4lbs this week, putting me at 3.4lbs away from reaching my goal of the 20 by christmas.. I can almost taste it!
Had a loss of 0.6 lbs this week. I haven't really 'started' IP yet- just dabbled in it, lol. This week, starting this past Sunday, I have been fully OP. Expecting a much better loss this coming week!
I have been having a few bad days. Off Plan since Thursday so no weigh in for me yesterday. But I am 100% this week and hoping for a loss next Monday that will make up for this past weekend
WI a day early + heavier winter clothes + not following my regimen to stay on top of my big C problem = my smallest loss yet. What a way to go into Thanksgiving. But you know what? That just makes me feel more determined to not do anything stupid tomorrow so I can kick the scale's butt next Thursday!
Congrats to all the successes this week and Happy Thanksgiving. Had my 3rd weigh in last night. No loss, not too surprised since I slipped up Thursday and also had TOM. Hopefully will have a good loss next week and still be able to make my goal for Christmas.
I've added another column to the spreadsheet to include a weigh-in on New Year's Eve - thought we all (well, me for sure!) could use an extra week to lose a bit more

So - it's now a Christmas/New Year's Challenge
Jo
Thank you! I for one could definitely use the extra week.
