Already have one of those. Looking to get a MKT (mobile kitchen trailer) to go with it now. Talk about a tailgating combo!!
Decided to hit Men's Wearhouse today. Guy asked what size I wore and I said I had no idea since the last suit I bought was at least 50lbs ago and more likely 60.
I have been out of work for a few weeks due to an ankle injury and went back today for a couples hours and people were stunned. Friends that i have known for years just stared at me and asked in disbelief, "how much weight have you lost?" Some people came up and real quietly asked if i had lapband surgery or some serious disease. Anyways, it was all very motivating for me and i have reached my goal, 25 lbs, and kept going. Stay the course, it works.
That's the question I heard today. Apparently, although I have 11lbs to go before my goal, I've ventured into unwelcome territory!
At 22.4% BF from the electro scale, I am just nearly into a desirable fat %, but some folks I care about already are bemoaning the loss of my derriere.
I'm plugging away, and committing to hit the gym for some squats when I am in maintenance to keep the wolves at bay.
I was wondering if other guys have been hit by a surprising comment about their losses so to speak
Checking in. Had a weigh in this morning after being off program for 6 weeks due to illness. I restarted the diet Monday, and weighed in today. I have already lost a bunch of water weight, but I really put on the weight in my time off. (+5.2, and that's after dropping about 5 lbs since Monday)
I didn't try to change anything during my time off while trying to get some intestinal issues under control. This gives me quite the concern for keeping the weight off once I get there.

My wife has been upset at the loss of my butt actually, she said before I had a perfect shape and now it's disappearing
It shows you have already lost 25 pounds. I just started a week ago, I wish I had already lost that much. So, you just get back on the wagon and keep going. You already have a head start on some of us.
Last WI of P1 -3 to 172 Clinic Scale Weight. Two pounds shy of my initial goal but I did surpass the 50lb threshold. I would hope that I can drop the other 2lb during P2/P3 at a minimum.
It's funny but my trip this weekend has me feeling like a kid going to Disney World. I am so anxious to see friends and family that don't know about my diet. I am prepared for the "you're too thin you need to stop" and "you looked healthier before" kind of comments. Those won't be coming from my family but might from others I know. I'm fine with that. The positive way I feel about myself, the renewed confidence I have, all outweigh any snide, negative comments that anyone could make. Bring it on, baby! It's a new, thinner, me now and the only thing that could make it better is to lose another 7lbs or so.
Hello Men- I'm just starting IP and wanted to reach out to others who are trying to lose using this system. I just turned 39, I'm 6' and weight 350lbs. 2 years ago I had both knees scoped and was advised I have no cartledge left. wait, it gets better, both knees need to be replaced but i weight too much and I'm too young (per my Ortho) b/c he will need to replace them ~ every 10 years.
So, I'm done being fat. I want to play with my kids (4 and 3) and want to enjoy life again.
I'm a little scared of wanting to eat everything I see about 3 days into this thing so I hope i can get some support from the men here on this board.
day 1- 6/15/13 350lbs.
ending goal- 225. (125 days, right )

Always good to have positive attitude and goals - just don't forget that weight loss isn't linear. You'll have an outstanding first couple of weeks and then it'll likely slow a bit on the scale but still show up with reduced measurements.
I've been on dozens of different diets in my life and this is the 1st one that actually worked so stick with it and you'll be happy no matter what.

Thanks M35A2- I'm definitely going to try to stick to it.
First business trip on IP.
got called away for work to DC and my coach is closed Fridays.
I have 4 BBQ Chips, and 4 wildberry yogurts, but no room for a shaker.
I'm going to skip this weeks WI, buy EAS cab advantage when I get there for snacks and otherwise, if I get stuck with coworkers or customers at meals, live like I'm on P2.
probably reasonable, right? I am about 8lbs from goal and less than 2.5 weeks to P2.
I don't use the shacker for anything. I just put about an oz of water in the cup, then the packet, then the rest of the water, and stir like ****.
BTW the wife and I went on a trip, and didn't pack enough IP. We googled IP and the city we were at, and there was a clinic...if that is an option. I was told not all clinic's sell to non-existing customers.
