Yes. I think it's because we are consuming so few calories up until lunch, compared to other people. Also the other people had more calories & fat in their salads because of the dressings they use.

I bet there wasn't enough protein. Now that I'm better at eyeballing portions, I find most salads and even some entree sizes aren't enough. DH is in maintenance and he got a triple patty protein style burger and it was enough protein, so he didn't want fries.

I bet all those people are snacking about now.

My first day on IP is tomorrow, and I wanted to pop in and say hello. Going on a business trip for 4 days beginning tomorrow....wish me luck staying OP....I am sure I'll be fine...I feel very strong and confident I can do this! I will go to good restaurants and order a lean meat and OP veggies...simple! Seeing that I can expense $75/day and will not need breakfast or lunch (I do EAS shakes)...I can eat very well....I see lobster and filet Mignon in my future! Excited!

Hello, forgot to post yesterday about my WI.. Down another 3lbs!! Next week will see me under 200lbs This is awesome and I love tat I'm not hungry and that I can have fun with packs so I'm not bored. This is a lifestyle not a diet

If someone has answered this for you, I'm sorry. I did not read through every page.

Cal-Mag (calcium/magnesium combo) containing vitamin D (260iu), calcium (600 mg), magnesium (300 mg), and zinc (20 mg). (4 a day: 2 at dinner, 2 with snack)

Scorbett - 2 months!!!! So glad to hear that you are trying to find that balance. I imagine, as with P1, that it will get easier as time passes to figure out that balance.

I must be thinking about your couch to 5k towards the end of p1 for exercise. That's no easy task!

WI today and stayed the same. It could be my TOM is suppose to show up on Fri/Sat, I was sick with a cold last week.. or too much WF or sweetner?
Not sure why, but I know I am saying 100%OP so I am not stressed about it, my body will do what it needs to do as long as I stay true..
My fat loss was 2lbs

Default 50 lbs gone!!

It been 2 weeks on my home scale but finally at my weigh in today I've lost 50lbs since January 5!! Yay!

This diet is so amazing. I'm only hungry when it's actually time to eat. I don't have cravings really anymore (a commercial will tug at me but only for the minute it's on), eating is almost a chore now...

That was me last week, TOM never came, but I cramped like crazy!! This week's WI....-5lbs! So I hit my second goal 5 days late
I made the girls laugh at the clinic, I said I'll be in the 80's next week, I haven't been in the 80's since the 80's, LOL!!!

I keep hearing about them, but haven't seen them yet. I hope they pop up soon. I really want to try the brownie, and the chips. Something else to mix it up with. I like variety.

Well I called up a new coach (moved too far away from my original coach for it to be feasible, tried alternatives but can't seem to stick to them 100%)... going to pick up my items on Friday, rebooting on Monday! Have about 80ish more lbs to lose, give or take... let's hope it goes as well as last time!
