I'm starting my 4th week on ideal protein and would like a little timeline for myself monitoring! How would I do this?
Start was 186 and I have lost 18 lbs so far. Goal is 125. I'm a creature of habit and have an herb and cheese omelete with spinach for breakfast, a pina colada or blueberry cran granada for lunch with a big salad, and fish or chicken and veggies for dinner....those raspberry and cookies and cream bars are the greatest!!
