I wanted to share that I found a real help for staying on IP, which is the UNJURY brand of protein products. They have a mix for cheese sauce that is great, phase one, and even my husband enjoys.
I think it can help alot, and wanted to share the find with others.
Just curious.....are you ordering this directly thru Unjury? I just went to place an order but got nervous about my CC info because it didn't say "https" in the address and I get really nervous when it's not a secure site.
Want to try the cheese so bad lol!!
Scorbett - your technical thoughts on it??? I really do miss cheese! I'm doing the cellulite reduction during my reboot so I want to make sure I'd still be good.
LOL - for me, I would use it as a restricted because of the calories, like cheese sauce over veggies or over miracle noodles. For the cellulite protocol I think it would be fine because the cellulite protocol is more about restricting fat than calories - you severely restrict your fat intake by replacing your "real meat" protein with a packet. I'd say go ahead, just not every day

OMG WHAT A GREAT IDEA! THX!!
I haven't had much luck finding it at Stop & Shop, but they usually have it at Market Basket. If you have a market that carries a lot of ethnic veggies (or a spanish market) you may have better luck there. Around here, both Market Basket and Price Rite cater to the spanish community more than the other chain markets so that's where I have the best luck.

Thank you, I totally respect your technical view points on all this stuff! I'm going to steer clear then, at least while doing this.

The cheese sauce product is sold online only as far as I know, the website is UNJURY.
It meets the guidelines for IP, except there may be a little more protein in some of their servings.
I used it tonight over the Rotini for an IP mac and cheese. Wow, it's really nice!

Purrfect - Hi, I was the person who posted a response to your original thread. I think part of having it seen and read is by choosing a TITLE for the thread that is alluring and also explains a little about the topic so people can decide if they even need to read further. Your first thread's Title wasn't catchy enough lol! I think you got their attention much better with "cheese"!
When you ordered, did you have to buy that large quantity that cost around $35?
Just hoping there would be a way to try a smaller quantity first, esp for us picky eaters! Thanks JenRem
I do not follow the IP program to the letter. I find I need to eat a bit more carbs to feel good. Nevertheless, this is the lactose containing products that I eat:
I small wedge of 21 g of Laughing Cow Extra Light Cheese contains 19 calories and negligible fat. Protein is higher than it is in Laughing Cow's regular cheese at 2.5 g and the carbohydrates are slightly raised at 1.2 g.
Chobani Greek yoghurt, plain, non-fat contains 0g fat, 9g carbs and 23g protein per 8oz serving size. I count it as restricted.
I must be doing something wrong as my posts rarely seem to get responses. Oh well.
