I must be doing something wrong as my posts rarely seem to get responses. Oh well.
I wanted to share that I found a real help for staying on IP, which is the UNJURY brand of protein products. They have a mix for cheese sauce that is great, phase one, and even my husband enjoys. I think it can help alot, and wanted to share the find with others. |

oh wow, that looks amazing! I think cheese is my only issue with the protocol - which probably means I was eating way too much of it before IP! haha!

Scorbett - your technical thoughts on it??? I really do miss cheese! I'm doing the cellulite reduction during my reboot so I want to make sure I'd still be good.

I'm curious.... What is different about this product that makes it ok for IP? Is it the added protein? Or is it more than that?

I used Unjury long before starting this program and still have some that I figured I would pull out in case of an emergency.The chicken soup-flavored protein powder and no flavor one were my staples.
