That is very low in calories, can you figure out where you missed something? Maybe not enough veggies/protein? Two regular packets and one restricted should be somewhere around 320 calories all together, and if you ate the full 8oz of protein, that's going to average somewhere in the 200-300 calorie range (slightly lower or a bit higher depending on the meat). Add in the 4 cups of veggies and you should be at least 600 calories by the end of the day.
