I'm so frustrated--I've only lst 0.7 for the past 2 weeks! If the scale isn't moving by Mon, I think that I'm going to bootcamp until my WI next week. I guess that I should be grateful for any amount of loss considering it was Christmas week, so I'll stop complaining and start looking forward to greater loss next week. Congrats to everyone for their terrific results this week!
Had a gain of .6 lbs this week, but a loss of 2% in body fat. I'm going to pretend my Omron body composition scale is 100% acurate, because I love to see the big drop in body fat.
I had a very active day Friday, so I was expecting a low loss. I'm still sore.
I don't get to weigh til I get home 1/7. My friend's scale in FL weighs WAY HEAVY and I have no idea what I weigh (shoulda weighed when I first got here to "callibrate" to my clinic's scale)
Oh well...this diet is ALL ABOUT delayed gratification...I just get a little more!
