Down 0.4 this week. Have been taking a diuretic and concurrent potassium supplement for a few years due to excessive water retention with my menstrual cycle. Last week potassium dropped too low so had to stop the diuretic. Had some rebound water retention last week, but seems to have settled down now. Hopefully it won't be too bad going forward.

I had a whopping 2.6lb loss this week! So happy that I finally made it to the 150's! I am about 5lbs away from my final mini-goal and about 18lbs away from goal!!
