2/week is NOT a slow loser! IP has removed the 3-5 weekly average loss from their new printed materials (to avoid difficulty with US FDA). It is time for us to start celebrating ALL losses and remember that we are losing weight QUICKLY! More typical weight losses on most diets are closer to .5/week or less!
Losing 1% of your body weight in a week is FAST loss!
FYI: I'm not singling you out. I've had to change my attitude, as well. 3-5 lbs/week is INSANE. It really was calculated over a short period, averaging in that large first week. Although some people can do it, the folks who don't are NOT slow losers and are made to feel like it (or worse, like cheaters) at some IP "clinics".
Right now on your signature, you are averaging 4/week. NOTHING slow about that!
