I got a keurig coffee maker as a gift for my birthday...as I opened it I thought this thing is going to be banished to the other seldom used appliances in the garage. But OMG, I love it! Getting the Kirkland brand at Costco brings the cost per cub down to half of what I have seen those cups go for in the store. I am way too cheap to spend seventy cents on a cup of coffee... I am really doing well today. I get these bouts of being lethargic, and sometimes a dose of brain fog. But those periods of time seem to be less and less. Back to work... |

Having salt with each meal is a real challenge. Not that I don't love the taste, just remembering to salt things is so different from main stream thought on this subject.
Thanks for the information |

JW, 5800, that is a heck of a lot of computers. I work for Boeing, so I know we have a lot, but since you don't see them but one at a time, you don't think about it. The hair cut and fuzz on your face does not make you look like a nerd.:)
Gobear, the Kirkland Brand is pretty good. I tell them at work that I like the Starbucks better, just to maintain my position as a coffee snob...hehehe:devil: Horn, no, stop no more talk of BBQ, you are killing me here. :sssh: Today was my worst day so far! I was tired, have a cold, and it was a long week. I felt bloated all day. And it just did not start out well. I am total comfort food whore, and all I wanted today was to bury my day in FOOD. Which is how I got to this weight. I made it through the day, and did not hit the cafeteria, which is right next to me in the factory. But, it still was not pleasant. I made a big pot of vegetable soup last night, so I will just have to make that my comfort food, and my snack later. So marching along, thinner, dumb and happy.....:dancer: You all have a great weekend...... |
WI: down 3 pounds and down 6 inches
Total: 18 pounds and 16 inches in two weeks. I was a little disappointed, after the 15 pounds the first week. But, a loss is a loss. |
