Kris, glad you found a way to have your coffee, I know I have to have mine in the morning as well! I am a Who dat fan....always have been grew up in La but am a transplant in Ms now. When it comes to college ball I am divided, have always been an LSU fan but my youngest son goes to MSU, he is a Jr this year but all is good!

I am a bigger college fan than pro anyways...I bleed Burnt Orange! I live for Saturdays and my Longhorns! Although the last couple of years have been depressing, I am confident they will be back pretty soon. My brother lives in the FL panhandle, and I usually get out there once/twice a year to fish and we always have one night in Biloxi...MS has some nice folks. MS also has the best BBQ joint I have ever eaten...outside of Texas that is. Not sure if you have ever visited The Shed (Ocean Springs area), but if you haven't...u need to...obviously not IP friendly, but man it's good!!!

Tomorrow is WI, not going to be as impressive as the first, but that is to be expected. Main thing is I am still loosing.

Billie

First week will always be your biggest unless you are USMC....lol....he loss an average of 5-7 lbs sometimes more a week it lost crazy pounds a week. Where is he today??? USMC????? Big daddy needs to hurry back to the boards, he has been away for too long.

As long as you are losing that is all that matters, down is the correct direction...lol...YOU will get there sooner than you think!

Actually after I saw my step Daughter-in-Law lose all the weight on IP i weaned myself off of cream and now drink it black. Now that I found out you can have 1oz of skim Milk, I have that once in a while between breakfast and lunch. A total of 2 cups since Jan 2. Takes the edge off. I think the coach said 1 cup per day, I hope she did not mean just 1 cup of coffee a day, but only 1 with an oz in skim in it.

I got a keurig coffee maker as a gift for my birthday...as I opened it I thought this thing is going to be banished to the other seldom used appliances in the garage. But OMG, I love it! Getting the Kirkland brand at Costco brings the cost per cub down to half of what I have seen those cups go for in the store. I am way too cheap to spend seventy cents on a cup of coffee...

I am really doing well today. I get these bouts of being lethargic, and sometimes a dose of brain fog. But those periods of time seem to be less and less.

Back to work...

When this happens it means your electrolytes abd BP are outta whack. Put a 1/4 tsp of the sea salt in the palm of your hand, lick it then drink water.....within 15 mins you will be better:hug:

Having salt with each meal is a real challenge. Not that I don't love the taste, just remembering to salt things is so different from main stream thought on this subject.

Thanks for the information

Auhhh, no whammies!!!! I'm just digging myself out of that 180 computer **** from work. We only have about 6 left where I actually have to call the site and have someone there go kick it back to life. (BTW, those 180 are out of the 5800 my department manages) Gotta love being a nerd. :D

kitcamper 01-11-2013 08:32 PM

JW, 5800, that is a heck of a lot of computers. I work for Boeing, so I know we have a lot, but since you don't see them but one at a time, you don't think about it. The hair cut and fuzz on your face does not make you look like a nerd.:)

Gobear, the Kirkland Brand is pretty good. I tell them at work that I like the Starbucks better, just to maintain my position as a coffee snob...hehehe:devil:

Horn, no, stop no more talk of BBQ, you are killing me here. :sssh:

Today was my worst day so far! I was tired, have a cold, and it was a long week. I felt bloated all day. And it just did not start out well. I am total comfort food whore, and all I wanted today was to bury my day in FOOD. Which is how I got to this weight.
I made it through the day, and did not hit the cafeteria, which is right next to me in the factory. But, it still was not pleasant.
I made a big pot of vegetable soup last night, so I will just have to make that my comfort food, and my snack later.
So marching along, thinner, dumb and happy.....:dancer:

You all have a great weekend......

kitcamper 01-12-2013 01:22 PM

WI: down 3 pounds and down 6 inches

Total: 18 pounds and 16 inches in two weeks.

I was a little disappointed, after the 15 pounds the first week.
But, a loss is a loss.
