I just want to be normal BMI first.
So I chose the top of the range (actually it is 149). I can adjust down if I want when I get there.
110 lbs is a daunting task at this point.
We'll play the rest by ear...
I went 5 or so pounds below max "normal" weight according to BMI, which is 20 pounds less than the goal my coach set for me. We'll see... I do like the idea of setting a goal size, so maybe that's what I'll be working toward in the end.
