what veggies are you eating? when I eat cauliflower or broccoli that happens to me
i do eat alot of cauliflower, but i havent had any today and just had the tom basil soup and got the wicked pains again, i think it may just not be good for me. also haveing crazy dreams...
The dreams are common for the first week, your body is getting used of the food its eating. do you have problems with soy at all? don't give up too quick....gotta give your body time to adjust to the food
im not sure if I have problems with soy or not, I am really on this to help my friend out who wants to loose over 50lbs i only need to loose a little I think i will do it thru turkey day if not earlier and then just switch over to eating little carbs I have done great with south beach in the past, carb is my problem! I may drop down to 3 ip meals a day as i dont need to loose a lot of weight im a size 8 but i would like to get down to a 4

You should already be on only 3 IP meals a day...breakfast, lunch and snack...no more than that unless you are working out then you would add a packet
Yes i am on 3 but i think im going to go down to 2 this week, even though i have only been on it since last tuesday, its not really doing my belly any favors. and its not natural to have to take stuff to go to the bathroom, its actually really bad so is this amount of soy, I am in the medical profession and I know this should only be done temporary as its not a healty way of eating from a packet!
then you need to decide if this is the diet for you.
The benefits of this plan FAR outweigh anything I'm giving up (for me)
Watching the scale go down every week is highly motivating. And I feel BETTER.
If you don't feel the same, then don't do it. Your body may be reacting to the whey or the soy. You could take the time to figure it out or you could go back to your ww pasta and fruit and find another plan to follow.

Here's the thing - if you're on IP because a friend wants a diet partner and not because you were ready and knew what you were getting into - it's the wrong reason to be on IP. There are other diets that are also successful for people who follow them, and if the restrictions are too much or the packets aren't agreeing with you, then YOU are the only one who can decide whether it's worth pushing through or whether you'll be happier (AND more committed) on a different plan. There's tons of good advice here and people with a wealth of knowledge on the challenges of IP if you decide to stick it out, but you have to do what is best for YOU!
