This is exactly what I needed to hear. Lots of stressors lately and not having the food to rely on has been a challenge. Through IP I think I finally understand the difference between wanting something and craving (or needing) something. Thank God that I have had enough control because of being in Ketosis. One month in and 14 pounds down. I am really doing it! Don't know that I could have come this far without 3chicks.
