Good luck on your journey! I will have my first weigh in tomorrow. I spent several hours on this forum the last few days and gathered several good recipes. I need to get some different IP products tomorrow so I can make them. Am especially looking forward to make pancakes from the crispy cereal.

Love love love all the support!!! Im also doing the diet for my 1 yr old son and hubby! Today went well..hopefully ketosis happens quick! Anyone know how long untill that starts?

I believe my coach said it takes at least a few days to burn through the leftover carbs in your system, then you start ketosis and should reach deep ketosis (still not sure what that is ) in about 3 weeks. Anyone know more?

Hey peeps! Just weighed in and Im down 6lbs! I also am dealing with TOM so Im a little bloated so hopefully Ill lose more next week..I weighed in a few days ago and it said I was down 10lbs! Is it normal to see scale jump like that? Also Im finding it harder and harder to eat all my meals...not very hungry. Does that mean Im in ketosis??

I'm starting week 4 and love this program as well! There are a lot of temptations, it's summer and I love corona....but it's not forever! Heading on holidays today for the week, really want to stick with program...welcome and good luck to you all.
