Hellooo Monday!

I woke up SO sick this morning, not fun with three small children all home on Summer Vacation!! Finally started feeling better at 10 though, so that was good.

Had a BUSY weekend, but made out alright. I had one slip on Saturday, but did good otherwise- even with being at a hospital all day Sunday working! LOVE IT!!

Looking forward to Wednesday's WI. Hoping for another big number!!

Good luck for those having WI's this morning. And as always stay 100%!
I dropped my 14 old off as a volunteer camp counselor with cubscouts. He is so funny when he comments on some of the "naughty" boys. I'm cracking up because it was totally him!

Kikig3 I had similar feelings. I started eating 1-2 oz of my dinner protien at lunch with a big salad and that really helped. I skipped the lunch packet & had it aruond 3 pm.

Have a great day everyone

Did not get my exercise in yesterday, but was 100% on plan and looking forward to another OP week.

Mooselover and mompattie - your pictures are great! You can really tell a difference, and I love how in the newer/slimmer pictures your smiles are so much brighter!

Soso - good luck!

I gotta get to work, hope everyone has a great day!
Congratulations to you on your huge loss!!!

Enjoying reading everyone's WI successes AND seeing the progress pictures. I keep telling myself I have to start taking pictures of myself, but I never get around to it. Maybe I'll do it after my WI tomorrow.

I'm so excited that my husband has finally decided he wants to take this journey with me. He is attending a seminar tomorrow night and will sign up then. I've lost almost 70 pounds. I told him I'm going to be really mad at him if he catches up to me in a short period of time. Just teasing him, I am just so thrilled that he is ready to get healthy with me. Woohooo!

Congrats Viciousdoggie - feels good, doesn't it?

Thanks, LizRR. I've definitely cut way back on exercise since started; instead of 45 mins - 1 hour of intervals I'm doing a 30 minute walk on the treadmill at a leisurely pace. I'm keeping my heart rate in the middle of the fat burning zone. To be honest, it doesn't feel much like exercise, but I don't want to overdo it. I didn't want to give up exercise entirely for the first three weeks because (1) it is a good habit and (2) I feel so much better (and sleep better) when I exercise and (3) it gives me and my workout/IP buddy (Bdmom) a chance to catch up on our day!

that's exactly what i did and thought of a brilliant idea a little too late... i made chocolate ones before and they were great... this time was strawberry... NEXT TIME , i will put chocolate in half, let it freeze , then add strawberry to get a chocolate covered strawberry

Welcomw J Bug, I had my first WI today. He said the headache was Carb withdrawl and to make sure I was having one restricted food per day to help that. Goodluck

I am happy that my protein bars arrived today! I was drinking three protein shakes a day as alternatives and I was about to go crazy.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!
You are so cute! Hope that's not offensive. I'm quite a bit older than you. Anyway, you look great!

Hi everyone. WI today and down 4.8 lbs! That's 31.6 lbs and 30 inches in seven weeks. I'll take it. Missed onderland by .8 but next week! Just made pudding muffins for the first time and pretty tasty. It made eight and I only ate 4 so I'll have the other 4 after I plant some flowers. Have a good day.

By the evening I was fine, but the afternoon had my head spinning .

Today I'm great; ready to conquer the world.

Anyone have any idea of what may have happened yesterday?

I would suspect your blood pressure had gone down. Good job on using the salt. If it was blood pressure the salt corrects it.

NSV. Out to an early dinner with the kids and really wanted to pick some fries off their plates but didn't.
