Soo excited about this challenge! I was really craving more food when I saw this! I have been 100% OP since I started (only 5 days ago), but thanks to this challenge I'll make sure I stay 110% OP!
This is going to be a tremendous challenge for me. At the end of May I am flying to Germany for 4 weeks. I haven't been in 5 years and everything revolves around food. I've been researching what alternatives to IP I could find there. I am also taking some packets with me.
I'm wondering if I should phase off and commit again once I get back. Any thoughts?
Excited for the challenge, my first one. Just got a brand new wardrobe for the waist down! There are 4 of us from my school doing IP and one of the others gave me her old fat clothes that are too big. It was awesome, especially because I had just given all my too big clothes to another IPer at school. Here's to new clothes, especially free ones!
Hello! I am starting tomorrow and i am very excited i found this site. I found a lot of useful information and creative ways to still enjoys food without getting bored. I have a few concerns for the first week. How did you measure 2 cups of veggies? If you go over on the amount of veggies will it effect the diet negatively? Will i not lose as much weight? I heard you need to be very strict with the amounts. I bought a scale to measure it. Also does anyone know if Dandelions are allowed at all throughout the diet? Does anyone have any tips for the first week? I want to make sure I start out on the right track and follow the protocol closely. Thanks!
Your veggies are measured RAW IF you go over a little I don't think it will have a negative effect on your losses.
Its that time again, another challenge is in order to help keep us focused and on track. This one will Be a Spring challenge because SPRING is in the air. We are all going to SPRING into action and lose this weight before summer. Last challenge as a group we loss 1220lbs...that is AMAZING!!!....lets see if we can get MORE off on the SPRING challenge.

So, what do you all do to make the challenge time...extra challening? Add in a walk, choose lower carb veggies or packets, or just good ol' stayin' on plan? I admit, somehow I want to hurry things along!
You know, I think I am going to try to go to sleep early every night during the challenge. Hopefully, that will give me an extra boost.
I am in too! I have a 10 day vacation in june, so I will not be able to weigh in from my clinic, but I should be able to find a way. I may be a day early one week. This will be great, more support while I am gone! Thank you for this wonderful idea and program! ))
Leaving on vacation Thursday, however, determined to stay faithful to my IP plan (still phase 1) - weight loss seems very slow, but hanging in there...This web site is VERY encouraging!!! Thanks Ladies!
