Okay WI was this morning. Down about 1.4 lbs. seems to be my average. Any ideas how to kick it up a notch? I will be TOM next week and those aren't ever any good.

13.4 more to got, but my mini goal is 3.5 to be out of the 159s.

I need 5# at tomorrows WI to hit 70#'s lost I want 6#'s so I can break into the 300's and leave 400 behind FOREVER.

Lost 2.4# this week so I'm one pound less than when I took an unexpected IP break (out of town travel mixed in with lots of sickness). I'm back to feeling really good about eating veggies and not being so hungry all the time. Now I just need to work on getting my water in and not having mini cheats.

just got home from my 4th weigh in down another 5 lbs so my total is 16.5 lbs and 11 inches thanks again for all the support

I know isn't it amazing...my DH has lost 45 lbs in 4 weeks. It is amazing and somewhat maddening that guys get to lose it so much faster than us girls. I make our food...I know we are eating exactly the same thing...he has 10 lb loss and I get a 2. Oiy!

Thank you. Nervous about WI #7 tomorrow. As long as I loose it will be a win I'm just nervous and excited to see what the damn scale will say.

Well I'm Excited I lost that fat 5.6# Chihuahua and squeaked out of the 400's down to 399.4

You got me teary eyed again. Thank you. It's nice to know we share a bond as adoptive parents. A three of my little ones came to us through adoption. Jack was 2 days old, Kylie was 7 months old and Destini was our surprise at 4 years old. Des and Kylie are birth sisters and Des is 2 years older so our middle child came to us last. All three of them are "first born" because of the way it all worked. It can be challenging but is lots of fun too. Mostly fun.
