I carried the AC unit upstairs today and thought this is about what I've lost. It was tough carrying it. It was really tough last time I moved it. Just heavy this time. Last time I had to sit down and catch my breath.

Down 4.4 this week. Went to the doctor's for a blood pressure check and that was in a very healthy range. I was probably going to need medication for it if I didn't lose weight. I am loving IP right now!!!

That is such a good news... ;-)

I lost 1 lbs this week, that brings me to 25lbs in 8 weeks, I'm really proud of that. I'm now phasing off for my upcoming vacations, starting phase 2 tomorrow for a week.

Hello everyone,

Looks like I will be joining you all in the summer challenge, and getting to know all of you. Today is day one for me, and I am so glad google lead me here. I have seen quite a few of your progress photos and I am pretty excited. At this time I am looking forward to Tuesday lemme tell ya. I have tons of questions but won't bother anyone with them .... yet. I will save the good ones until eeeeeeem Tuesday when I am more sane. LMAO~
