Way to go Sara.
That is amazing. So 20lbs gone forever, do you mind if I ask how many dress sizes that is? I know that everyone is different. Keep up the good work, you are doing amazing.

Hey guys!

I've posted a few times before, but I thought I'd formally introduce myself!

I'm a 28 year old who's looking to lose about 40lbs. I've tried many diets in the past (who hasn't?) but I'm really ready to get off this weight roller coaster. I'm almost 6 feet tall, and as of today, weigh 205lbs. Ideally, I'd like to be around 170lbs. The lowest I've ever been is 180lbs, but I can never seem to break that barrier. I'm hoping this program will help!

I go for my consultation tomorrow, and am hoping to start on December 1st. If anything, I'm hoping this program will save me from GAINING weight through the holidays haha!

You guys are all such a motivation - I follow your progress and pictures and I'm just amazed. I hope to be right there with you in a months time...it's just crazy to think a lot of you have lost 20lbs in one month! That's amazing!

Hope you all have a great day

Good afternoon all!! I hope everyone had a great holiday! I stayed 100% OP and even had my 5th WI on friday and was down another 2lbs which put me over the 30lbs mark in a little over a month!! I had to go out and buy new pants that were 3 sizes smaller!! Started at a size 22 and down to a 16 in most!!! Feeling awesome!!

Bebe

thank you very much, Bebe!

when I first started following the IP plan (using alternatives), I was squeezing into some size 34 jeans. I am wearing a size 32 now but they are getting baggy bum which I hate so I could go down another size anytime. I was a 14/16 in dresses and I just got a new dress for a Christmas party in a size 12 but I could have got away with a 10 if it wasn't for my chest.

Welcome Sarahmayhem! I hope you find great success on IP! My mom was stuck too, unable to lose weight on other plans. She started this and boom, dropped 30 lbs! I just had to try it too.

Scarmon1118, congratulations! That's awesome! You've really inspired me today!

Hey Sara! I really like reading your posts because you're not taking the traditional IP approach - doing it on your own with your own products really takes some will power...and you've done perfectly! In a little over a month you've dropped so much weight AND sizes! Congrats

Thanks for the welcome! Hearing that your Mom had previous trouble but was able to beat it with the IP program really makes me anxious to start! I can't wait for my consultation tomorrow

So glad you decided at the beginning to go the route you did. It would have been hard to believe that short time ago that you would be in such smaller sizes by Christmas.
I was wondering if you know how the lady who went with the "coach" is doing?

my friend is doing well.... she has lost 17 lbs last time I talked to her! she likes to have 'breaks' from the program and goes back to normal eating for a few days here and there.... seems to be still losing weight after so who knows how bad it really is?!

I wrote the 'coach' asking to buy supplements and of course I can't... have to sign up and pay $$$... I wrote her back and told her I am doing just fine using alternatives but thanks anyways!

Default Hi, I am new!

Hi, my name is Lori. I am 50 yrs young and started on IP Friday, Nov. 18th. At my 2nd weigh in I had already lost 8 pounds and 5.5 inches. I stayed OP during Thanksgiving and was really glad I did. I weigh myself now on Mondays, first thing in the morning because I think it gives me a more accurate weight. I am using strictly IP products but the price is killing me. I am looking for alternatives and will check out all of your posts concerning them. You are ALL such a motivation to me and I know I will feel right at home with you all!
I am very interested in having a buddy to go through this journey with so if you are interested, PM me please!
