Amazing the difference in temps.
One of the drawbacks to being in the PNW.

I think I might put gloves on twice a year....really have never owned a BIG coat. A boyfriend when I first got divorced bought me a nice leather coat because I have ALWAYS wanted one but couldn't afford $400 (4x), I think I wore it twice....NOW I could wrap it around me 3 times.....lol

I on the other hand stepped on the scale just to see and not going down and inches aren't either. I really hope it is TOM coming.

Give it time girlie, it will start coming off when you least expect it. Keep doing what you are doing by following the program....NO getting discouraged!!!!

OHHHH YESSSSSSS ....STRESS is VERY VERY EVIL!!!.....that is why I don't have any in my life.....I take it ONE day at a time and everything will work out...if it don't oh well....lol...Life is too SHORT to stress over little things we have NO control over

OK back from WI, down another 4, I won't like I was hoping for 5 lol since I was at 7 on my home scale which usually means 5 at clinic but oh well.
16 to go!!!!!
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Still no mention of phase 2, like I said I think they know I am just going to do it my way at goal and haven't bothered lol.

Hey now, don't put that pressure on me lol.
4 maybe 5, 4 pounds a week for the last 16 pounds might be pushing it.
I don't want to set myself up to get really pissed or frustrated.

Congrats wayward, that's awesome!

Was almost over your way on Friday, kid is looking at the U of I but got sick and cancelled our college visit.

Speaking of cold... I've gotta say one thing I miss about my weight was not being cold or effected by the temps out side, I finally had to buy a good winter coast because I'M FREEZING brrr. This is driving me crazy and its not that cold here yet.
