Wohooo! I've got a ticker!
Wuv, I was looking through my pics and can't find any full body over the last 5 years! Every time someone would take one of me, I would get rid of it(utilizing my great denial skills/get rid of the evidence-then it does not exists lol). And my face pictures are all at weird angles to serve the denial process. Need to raid my friend albums to unearth one before IP, it is a great motivator!

Deshenka - congrats on the signature, I was excited to get mine too! I put some before and after shots in my signature to show my 30 pounds - not much of an accomplishment compared to lots of people here, but what a change it has made in my life!

The before one I have and the ONLY one I have is because my brother took it when I wasn't looking.....I hated full body shots! I would always take the pics so I didn't see myself I guess...lol...I am sure your friends will have one for you

I have a question for the expert IP'ers.... can I cook my steak on the stove or does that count as frying? It's cold out and I don't want to use the BBQ if I don't have to!

thanks!

Wuv - that shirt and the color is absolutely beautiful on you. Thanks for posting your changes. It's fun putting faces to the names. Maybe someday I'll get brave.

And, I can hardly wait to have a ticker too. Then I'll feel all grown up. LOL

BCGirl, 30 lbs is huge! It is almost 20%of your starting weight! It's like 52 for me! And what a difference in the pics too. Of course, I would take the "starting shot" any day, but it is all relative. I hope to be there too one day! Way to go!

Dashenka, that's so nice of you, it's amazing how much anyone (regardless of weight) could learn from an eating plan/site like this. I was lucky to have a sister who struggled with her weight her whole life lose 45 pounds with this system, and I just copied her and caught my weight gain (it crept up for the last 3 years) and was able to get on track. She is a coach for the system I used and has been inspirational to me!

I see you're down 16 already, that's fabulous - how do you feel?

I'm no "expert IP'er" but I do my steak on top of the stove all the time. I use my olive oil, sea salt and some garlic. If I have other plans for my olive oil that day, I cook in a non stick pan with some Pam spray.
