Holy catfish I'm sore today! I thought the scale would be up this morning because I could harldly get out of bed and just knew I'd be retaining water to repair my muscles. But, I was wrong. I was actually down a little bit more. :) I know I did something right yesterday because I'm sore in all the right places. I didn't let that stop me though, I got up a little earlier than normal due to the time change so I got my ab work done. Now I have no excuse tonight when I'm trying to do homework and get both girls to dance. Monday nights always suck in my house. I am excited that I may have more that a 1lb loss this week. Even if it's 1.something I'll be over the moon at this point.

Happy Monday and good luck to those weighing in. Here's to another week on plan! (Another Phase 2 week for me!)

Woohoo Lynsey on the scale going down. I actually saw 155. something this morning. I will be happy with one pound gone too. I have a couple of stressful, long days with conferences into the evenings starting tomorrow.

YAY for 155! You are *this* close to goal lady!

Good luck the next few days!

I think my 134.2 was for real yesterday because it showed it's head again today. Actually my scale was waivering between 134.0 and 134.2 (only goes in .2 increments) so I am guessing I am in the middle, but it ended up settling on 134.2. Either way, I will take it, because my weight was all over the board this past week.

Had a couple of awesome NSV's this weekend. I went to Nordstrom Rack (LOVE that place!) and bought a sweater dress by Max Studio in a small and a long white button down shirt (to belt) in a size 2. I also tried on a bunch of things and everything I tried on was either 4's or smalls and everything fit or was TOO BIG! I also bought a pair of jeans at Target in size 2 :D It was a good weekend for clothes. I wish I could have bought more, but I just wanted a couple things to help see me through. My mom and I have this great tradition of going shopping on the day after Christmas, so I am trying to save as much money for that, and then I will REALLY go to town and get my new wardrobe ;)

Good luck on any WI's today!

Holy Gee! Jenny. And is that the new dress? Whatever it is, it sure looks great; YOU look great.

Sho is!!! Thanks!

Oh, BTW- I made it through the 1st thread of "Life after Phase 1" and there is so much useful info! I kinda wish Novak & BevS were still around so we could ask them if they are still doing great and if their plans for maintenance are still working for them and if they have kept the weight off.

I was thinking, well have been thinking, it would be really nice to invite those two particularly, and a few others, to come back, say for a week at the beginning of the year. Maybe a little reunion for them; a little helping us all along as they do so well.

I've been reading those threads, too, because I'm right at the place where I stalled last time and I'm not up for a 3 month stall anymore. If I have to do this in increments, so be it. If this is all the farther I can get, well I got here. Feeling really flexible right now.

I know you don't want to hear this, but I ached yesterday when I read your post. :D I'm so glad you've got something to balance it out.

Cute pic Jenny! Love the dress.

Linden, I feel like I've popped all my ribs! And my tailbone gets "stuck" when I sit and it hurts like he!! trying to stand. Pain is only temporary though, right?

Sandy,

I like the bars too! and.... Yes, I have more energy and slept great last night. I think everyone is different, like Jennydoodle has exercised quite hard the whole time, I just didn't have the energy, so I kept it moderate walking. I do want to start some intensity this week, I have a gym membership (that I pay for each month), that I did not use at all while on IP. I do think I need the yogurt and fruit to keep my whole system regular. I plan on going to the gym 3x this coming week to do some strenght training. When I get some strength and endurance built up, I will do STEP 2x/wk and water aerobics at least 1x/wk.

I am so proud of you, Sandy and Itsaboutime for getting into the 150's, it will be awhile before I see that! Keep up the good work, you both have been an inspiration to me. :) Bella

I am just seeing this for some reason! You are so close to the 150s! How is phase 3 going so far?

I read all 30 pages over the weekend after you said you really got some useful info. It's putting me at ease, hoping to phase 2 it for a couple weeks starting next week...then the exciting phase 3....before christmas. eek.

Good morning all, life has been so busy this weekend didn't get much of a chance to read or write.
Today is my wi again and if my coach doesn't change her mind I will be on phase 3 tomorrow...yeah... can't wait, I haven't bought anything as last time I did she changed her mind. I am hoping to get back to 148 but hope it is more like 145 that would make me feel better and only 4 away from goal soooo... anyway, today is my day off but had to come to work to fix an issue. Going to only work 1/2 the day though, may have to go shopping for a winter coat as I am still cold and my two hoodies and coat isn't keeping me warm like last year... may be because it is so big the cold air just comes up it.
I have copied a lot of the phase 3 and 4 info from Novak as well.. such good advise is found here if you are willing to read.

Sandy, if you continue eating those bars it may take you longer to get to phase 3... not good. I have a bar every other week maybe. I stick to the puddings mostly.

Its about time - my co worker and I were talking about our tailbones too, man it hurts sometimes especially if you are sitting on something that has no give...

Have a great day all, off to see if I can find more to do before I leave.;)

When we went out for a second walk this afternoon it was 55F/12.7C with some sun and I had on a heavy turtle necked sweater on top of another sweater. Wind was brisk, but still nice. By the time we were on the last mile home I kept thinking If 2Ride can do this, so can I. If 2Ride can do this. . . . :o It was 38F/3.3C when we got home.

Linden: its cold you have a right to complain... I was one of those people that work shorts starting in March and end in Oct... with my sandels of course... Yesterday morning was cold I had on some little wool gloves and by the time we got back to the car my fingers were in PAIN, that decided me I have to get some better gloves to walk in. it did get up to 8c yesterday so the afternoon walk was so much better... thursday it is suppose to snow so going to look for my shovel and window scraper and boots when I get home today. Have a great day, off to see if good will has any warm coats.

Everyone come to Florida and stay with me! 81 F / high and 59 F/ low... don't hate me. We can sit by the pool and have Ideal protein Hot Chocolate in 60 degree weather at night.

Honestly, I don't know how ya'll do it in other states. I am constantly cold on Ideal Protein and our winters are probably your May's.
