Lisa, so many people look at it as a reward, which is great, but I consider it maintenance. It's so much nicer and easier to have a pro do it for you. You are looking fantastic, by the way!

Thanks, when I get my nails done its for ME and no one else. No one ever buys ME anything so I do it for myself and it makes me feel great
I get mani/pedis ALL the time and I do it for me. Since my thyroid has finally straightened out, my nails are strong and healthy and I'd like to keep them that way.
I am closing in on a 50 lb weight loss....just 6 more pounds. The loss has slowed down, but I'll get there and I've already picked out my "reward". My southern gals will be so jealous.

I was there this past weekend!! I will be back there the weekend of the 24th!! I am originally from Kaplan! I went shopping at Drug Emporium, World Market and Sweet pickins....lol

I had to reread this 3x because I misunderstood it. I thought you said your husband bought you an earring when you replaced your son, when you meant you are replacing an earring that was given to you after you had your son.

Haha wow, I guess I need to reread what I post before I hit enter!! Lol, yes hubby bought me a gorgeous pair of diamond solitaire earrings after our son was born and one fell off a couple of months after I got them. I'm getting ones with screw backs this time!!
well I set rewards for every 25 lbs... I was suppose to get sleeper earrings... Finally picked them out yesterday.. only 61 lbs late...
50 lb - hair cut
75 lb - color and highlights (still waiting to find a good place)
100lbs - either dog tags with my 2 dogs paw prints on them or a tattoo of my dogs.
