I eat 2 restricteds on the days I exercise. I spin 3x/week and I eat a bar 45 min. before the class, and the chips within 30 min. of finishing the workout. I love this routine. I know that the exercise is slowing my weight loss, but I am totally fine with that. I could not be as successful (6 weeks -- no cheats) without at least 1 restricted a day. They save me, and it is nice to have a food treat to look forward to every day.
Someone asked about stevia/sweet n low. My coach recommends stevia. I think that sweet n low is okay, but aspartame is not good. It was recommended on the forums not to have more than (i think it was 6) extras/day. An extra being -- walden farms, sugarless gum, stevia. I personally try not to add anything, but I do succumb every now and then to the extras. But, I make sure to limit them.
