Just wanted to let you know that during the winter I was buying frozen Rhubarb at Safeway, they carry it all year long. I live in Alberta so I am guessing you should be able to get it in Manitoba. It is in the freezer isle with the frozen fruits and veggies and it is Safeway Brand. Have a great week, and if you get the rhubarb ENJOY!
