In my humble opinion I beleive that BMI really doesn't tell you much. It states that myself, at 5 foot 4, 160ish lbs, is overweight. I clearly am not at my perfect weight as I am on this diet but I do beleive that the BMI is not very accurate.
People have different bone structures - as you can tell with that website ^. Some people with very small frames who weigh a certain amount could look completely different to another person (same height and weight), but with a larger frame..
Having your fat % calculated would be a great idea, no matter what size you are - the fat % should be in between a certain range.
