that is awesome! I am dreaming about the "18"s.

had dinner with my family last night and my mom couldn't stop commenting on how great i looked. she said "i just saw you Saturday and you already look so much thinner!" boy did that feel great. it felt even better when my uncle congratulated me for getting my cholesterol under 200, as we have a history of heart disease in our family. i'm totally feeling like i can do this!!!

Good morning! Good luck to all of those that weigh in today!! I was very excited to see the scale move this morning after 3 days of not moving (yes, I'm a OSW: "official scale whore"). What diet can you see a daily change on the scale? I love IP.

Have a great weekend! Ours will be spent relaxing since the weather is expected to be yuck.

This will be my first full weekend, and I'm already planning my dinner meals. I'm thinking the weekends can be when I can have the veggies that are only allowed twice a week. I've been really wanting tomatoes!!

I absolutely love the recipe threads on here; I've made some of them already and really enjoyed them. I'd REALLY REALLY like to try the warmed rhubarb with strawberry WF, and the apple-like zucchini. Do you get Walden Farms at health food stores?

Good luck!! My first is tomorrow morning, I'm both excited and nervous (though I shouldn't be nervous; I've stuck to the diet 100% :D)

I found some of the WF at my local supermarkets. At one store they were in the "healthy living" aisle. In another store, they were with the salad dressings )bottom shelf)
Walden Farms also has their own web site and you can buy directly from them.
Be sure to read the thread about WF products to get other's opinions on what's pallatable and what's not.

That's awesome! I'm at 190 so it will be nice to see the 180s again. Congrats to you!!:D

the encouragement here is terrific.:dancer:

Morning everyone, still snowy here, and is suppose to snow again today. Brought the Peanut puffs to work today as they didn't go too good with my dinner... have to try again as I miss Peanut butter (like you haven't heard that from me already).
Going to spend the weekend home with my pets and going for long walks as long as my old dog can still handle it. She is getting a little wobbly, especially after a long walk. Have a great day. :flow2:

Doesn't those comments just make it all worth while? I am happy for you. :dizzy:

CONGRATS!!!! Love that feeling!!!!

My first 2 numbers at home this morning were "14", but since my scale is 4 lbs less that my coaches scale, it won't be official until I WI at that number. But, it was still a grand feeling of accomplishment.

Hi :)
if you visit waldenfarms.com there is a Store Locator search tool. At the store where I get my WF products, the "zero" salad dressings are located in the produce section by the bagged lettuce and other salad products. Other prodcuts might be located in the health food section of the store (jam, etc).

Good Luck!!

This isn't official, of course. I weigh in next Monday and it will be half way through the day in clothes... :(

You'll be there soon! :hat:

I just placed a WF order from Netrition - they are MUCH cheaper, both in product price AND shipping! - than directly from WF.

Also, Treena, I wouldn't necessarily rely on others' recommendations for the WF products. Everyone's tastes are different, and you might miss out on something that you'd really enjoy if not for someone else's comments. I have only had 1 WF product that I couldn't handle - the regular Ranch dressing - and I may have to try it again to see if it will work for me now, or if I can doctor it up to make it taste better to me. I like the BBQ sauce, ketchup, seafood sauce, caramel & chocolate syrups, pancake syrup, honey dijon dressing, bleu cheese dressing, and thousand island dressing. I have ordered a TON of new things to try, and they will be in on Monday.

I know from the comments that there are plenty of people who can't stand the WF products, but I feel fortunate that I *DO* like them, because it adds a lot of variety and options to the IP packets and veggie & meat recipes. Good luck!

Good morning all! Hope we all have good WI today. I am looking forward to another full weekend at home, full of work and manual labor. Too bad it has gone from 70-80° to now 40's° but would rather get the work done now before the heat gets here. Not sure I will be on here much this weekend as I will be busy. Have a great weekend and stay on protocol. Keep up the good work and keep going towards your goals.

WI # 11 this evening...I hope the scale went down! I'm not expecting a huge weight loss. I am almost to my goal and I think the weight loss is starting to slow down. I am going to add in some exercise since the weather is starting to warm up, FINALLY!!
Good luck on your WI!!

Beachbella 03-25-2011 11:06 AM

I just got back from my WI and I am down -8lbs this week (which includes my unofficial WI I did on Mon). Wow this is a first for me -8lbs in a week! I am so happy! Got the high five from my Coach today. I will be having an awesome weekend! What a great start to the weekend!

Hope everyone has a great weekend and looking forward to hearing about all the NSV's and WI's today!

I completely agree that you should read through what people like and don't like. My two cents... Bacon ranch is yummy. Chipotle ranch is new and is awesome! Honey dijon is ok, good for dipping cut-up celery and cucumber when you are sick of veggies sprinkled with salt. I like the thick barbecue sauce on steak. I got some at netrition dot com. They have $4.95 flat shipping and carry the whole line. The box was so well packed and arrived quickly (I am in Northern Virginia).

In my local Harris Teeter grocery store, they are in the salad dressing aisle. The BBQ sauce is next to other BBQ sauces. At Giant, the salad dressings are in the produce section next to the refrigerated salad dressing. Whole Foods doesn't carry them, probably because they have some weird ingredients that precludes them from stocking them (Whole Foods have rules about ingredients, from what I understand).

Thanks Juiceman nice to see that big number after being on the Novi cleanse and only seeing 2 lbs a week coming off. Thanks for your support!

I had my WI #11 yesterday and it was a dissmal 1.0#, but it was a pound and I will take it. I too am nearing my goal and may need to adjust it up, we shall see that the next few weeks will do for me.

I am sure your WI will go just fine, hope all is well.
