Molly McButter?

I am now on Day 4. I can say it's gotten a little bit easier but I'm still struggling. I notice that my jeans are a little looser than the last time I wore them but I'm resisting stepping on the scale. I haven't had any "cheats" but I did use a teaspoon of Molly McButter on veggies. Does anyone know if this is okay? Also I found nitrate free cold cuts through Maple Leaf and bought chicken and turkey. The ingrediants don't list anything that is restricted and there are no carbs. Would this be okay for a protein choice? Thanks.

Does anyone know where I can get the black soy beans that are sometimes brought up on the threads? I have already tried Trader Joes and Whole Foods and I am having no luck. Funny I ask the customer service counters of these stores and get a strange stare back...."Black soy beans???"....I find it funny.

Anyway if there is anyone out there that can help me I would appreciate it. I am trying to avoid ordering them online. thanks

I just found them here in VA at an Asian grocery store called world market. Here they are at the off brand grocery stores that sell Asian/Spanish food mostly. I found a bag of the soybeans. The bag entirely in Korean except for the nutritional label. Im hooked bc only 2 carb per serving.

Does anyone know if after you make the chocolate drink mix if it can be frozen to be like ice cream? If not that what could be. I am having ice cream cravings.

Welcome back, I am glad you had a great trip and I know you will pull your weight down to where you want it. Some of us phase 4 chicks have been working on getting the Life after phase 1 thread more active. We need your imput. In fact, we need the imput from more phase 4 people. Personally I would like to hear from some of those who were regular posters last summer and fall. I realize we all have a life outside of cyber space. Have a great day.

I went to that forum and it said it had been closed. Where do we go from here?

Off to my sister in laws for dinner a little scared. She doesn't know I'm on IP and I don't want to tell her as she tends to be a bit condescending and I just don't want to deal with her at this point. My plan is to eat what I can and if she questions why I don't eat something I will feign illness....I know terrible but seriously I just don't want to deal with her! after being on IP for 4 1/2 weeks I have decided that going to people's houses for dinner is the hardest because you don't want to put people out by saying you can only eat certain things and you don't want to be rude......and there are certain people who you just don't care to share that you are on a diet with....

They are the Eden brand. Look in the health food section of regular stores. This is so that you can see what they look like when you shop for them.

Clarice,

It's called Life After Phase 1, The second Sequel. I just bumped to to the top of the list on the main IP forum for you. I will post later this evening on that site. Off to a planning meeting for our medical mission trip to Peru in June!

Lynn

I am so sorry. I didn't think to tell you that a new thread was started on 2-26-11, while you were on your trip. It is called Life after phase1 ---the second sequel. You probably know how to get to it, but just in case you don't. Go to the top of this page, click on Ideal Protein, scroll down below the stickies and you should see it. Holler if you can't find it.
