My coaches don't call. I get a text and email as an appt reminder. So far, I have not been thrilled with my coaches. BUT I am not ready to go solo, I know it. I do get weighed and measured and talked at each week. I want to go through the New Year and then see. I am all for alternatives.

Thatis my plan as well. My coach is nice enough but I find I am providing her more information that she is providing me thanks to the help and support on here. The office is very close to work so it makes it easy to weigh in and head to work.

She did text me during my first week on day 5/6. I haven't heard from her otherwise except for the almost weekly texts to change my appointment time! That is getting frustrating as I go every Wednesday morning and the time has been changed for the past 3 weeks (had 6th WI yesterday).
