I am excited about my WI, but I don't feel any different physically...mentally I feel fantastic!
I am really enjoying the sweet IP packets, expecially the puddings. I like sweet rather than salty!! I wish I could eat more packets during the day, I have one for breakfast, lunch and snack later in the evening before 8.
