Congratulations to everyone who stuck to the program for Thanksgiving.
My dinner:
Herb seasoned turkey breast, roasted cauliflower, green beans, and salad. Vanilla pudding with pumpkin pie spice for dessert.
To drink.. lots of water and a decaf brewed chai tea with vanilla stevia and my 1oz of skim milk.
YEP! Those who read my last post, BF decided, "well, if we can do a T-day, I guess that'd be nice!" Sure, no problem.
