I am not sure if 4 helps...but I was stalled and then switched to 3 1/2 to 4 this week and added restricted and bammmm....weight loss started up again.

I WI on Thursday, so I'll let you know! I am forcing myself to stay off the scale at home because it makes me a little crazy. But I did find on Friday that it made those first 3 hours of work much less cranky for me! :-)
i screwed up on the spreadsheet...sorry. Instead of saying 221 lbs/155 lbs, I put the number of pounds I want to lose. I really didn't weigh 66 lbs when I started. lol.
Hey if you haven't entered your data into the chart...go ahead and do it. This is so helpful and eye-opening. I was so afraid of restricted and so many people have been so successful with them or with the 4th packet. Very interesting. Maybe we can put the chart in the newbie thread after to help people make informed decisions when they start. Happy losing everyone
