Why not set this up as a spread sheet, similar to the 15 lbs to Christmas one, where people can insert their name, insert info, and check off what applies. I'd suggest these categories.

total number of pounds to lose (or starting weight),
3 packets/drinks per day (IP or IP equivalent),
4,
more than 4,
3+ sometimes,
use restricted (yes or no),
# restricted packets/drinks perweek,
amount of olive oil (or equivalent per day),
total amount of protein per day,
average weekly weight loss/week,
# of weeks averaged,
exercise.
The reason I include a person's weight is because, let's face it, people with 100 pounds to lose have different needs than those with 50 or fewer. And while the amount of fat one takes may or may lot be linked to loss, or to loss in combination with total protein or carbs, it is a factor and here would be a place to check out the range of usage.
I also realize what while this is a simplistic gathering of information, I think it would be useful to a wide range of people, especially newbies. I also know that not everyone collects this personal information but one could always enter DN for don't know. It might shed some light on IP's decision to add more carbs to its formulae.
Too complicated? I don't think so or I wouldn't mention it. But other, more impartial people, might be a better judge than I.
