I'm hoping my coach will find out something at the big pow wow. I was a bit disturbed that he seemed unaware that the formula had changed..... Right after I heard about the changes here a few weeks ago, I heard another coach tell a client that something in her order had a different design on the box, but that it was the same thing.
Anyway, I told my coach this week that I need to know exactly what I'm putting into my body. If the company isn't willing to share this info, I'll be saying buh-bye. Here's hoping we get the information soon.
I think the plain Greek yogurt I buy at Kroger has less carbs! I usually mix two or three tablespoons of that with a teaspoon of peanut butter for a great snack.
Sandra, that sounds like a more reasonable and cost effective alternative to me. I tried the new chocolate pudding last night. I couldn't finish it. YUK! The chocolate pudding used to be my favorite snack, especially when I was craving chocolate. The old pudding didn't taste like "diet" food.
My coach told me yesterday that she is moving out of state. So, I am thinking about using whatever IP products I have now and trying to finish with alternative products. Guess I'll have to ramp up my knowledge of food ingredients and read all labels carefully!!

I agree totally with you, Linda. There is some good information on alternative products here on the 3FC site. A lot of the nutritional information is posted for other products. I agree though, we need to know what we are eating!!

And almost 19 grams/cup of sugar per regular plain yogurt. Greek is higher.

Thanks for looking into it! I totally agree if we don't get the info soon I may be going bye-bye too. I tried making the "new" chocolate pudding into a drink and I think it tastes horrible!! So..........
This is very interesting I better stay with my alternative "eas" because I did not know this I usually buy them individually, so I don't have labels to read, Thanx a lot good information, I dont see it as a good thing though.

I am going to stick with the products and stay focused..
I can't start changing things and second guessing or i
feel like I won't succeed...I am on 3-1/2 weeks..the changes in
my body right now i'm so happy about..so I have to believe
that this is going to work for me..and the changes they make will
come out right...I will look closer at the carbs and back off some
that i feel are too hight..but I can't wait to see what the nexk 4 months
bring me...
My sister just picked up an RTD chocolate drink at Costco yesterday that is nutritionally very similar to the IP RTD chocolate drink, but a LOT cheaper. 18 for $23.99. They are called Premier Protein and have 6 carbs, but 160 calories as opposed to 100 calories contained in the IP RTD. Anyone think this 60 extra calories is a big deal? She said they're good.
I will stick with all IP for now..but when on maintenance will switch to the alternative products for the most part.
