Question to all you phase 3 and 4 gals. Did you find that you had somewhat "less firm" skin that eventually firmed back up? I have always had good skin tone, but after losing so much, my arms and inner thighs are not what I hoped they would be. Have been walking 2-3 miles at a time for 3-4 days a week. Some toning exercises, but need to do more. Any ideas for me?

I ran into a lady who was one of the first in my area to try IP when the franchise opened. She lost her weight about a year ago. She looks great and has kept the weight off. She told me it was not hard for her and if she overindulged, she just had a no carb day to keep from gaining. It really made me encouraged to see that.

Well, I have a small NSV that I didn't think I wanted but after it I feel pretty darn good. I went to Georgetown today (I live in DC) to shop a bit and find a new pair of jeans. I found a pair of really cute straight leg jeans on sale at the Levis store. They only had a size 4 left. Guess who was completely floored when they fit perfectly?.....this girl! I didn't think Id look good in a 4 because I'm a fairly tall girl but yep they're awesome! Just wanted to share....I guess sometimes you never know until you try and my body obviously has ideas different from me...but I am a-ok with that...and I'm on day 2 of phase 3 and let me tell you these breakfasts are the best thing ever. I sang my breakfast a song yesterday :-) I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Yee-hah! It's so amazing... no? And lovin' the big breakfast! So awesome... the body changes are unpredictable, but wonderful!

And aren't you glad the DC weather has finally cooled off? Whew! Maybe I can get out on the Mall at lunch again!

Very proud of your success! Gotta support my local crowd...

Oh yes the weather today was incredible! I'm hoping to get out on the mall one weekend soon to read, it will be a nice change from reading in my apartment.:-) grad school is killing me with the reading but I guess that's part of the point. How else will I learn? :-D

How can I not remark on the association between reading and learning? Maybe just inquiring will suffice.

Hey,
I am getting ready to join you guys after tomorrow, so let's get this party started!!! I am not quite sure how I feel about moving to phase 2. Part of me thinks that it'll be more work to get lunches ready to take to work. But then there's the voice that says-stick with it and the BIG BREAKFAST will be coming!!
Thanks for hanging in there to help us noobs as we get to this phase )
