Also, I am a comfortable size 6 for the first time ever and because of my height and build I don't want to be a size 4 I feel like that would be too small especially since I have an hour glass shape...my waist would be crazy tiny in a 4. So all of that to try to tell myself it's ok I didn't make it to the goal weight and i keep reminding myself that I'm tiny now even if the scale doesn't say what I wanted. Anyway, I read the sticky life after phase 1 thread yesterday instead of reading for my classes (I'm in grad school at American University's School of International Service). I really wanted to get through all of that info before moving to phase 3. And I'm very glad I did. I will be doing some grocery shopping today to prepare for tomorrow. I'm sooooo excited! Thanks to all of you regular posters you are such an inspiration and show me that this program does really work and I can make it work for me too. Wish me luck!
Let your body tell you what's right! Believe me, I wasn't shooting for a size 4... I just finally found out that my hips aren't that big! Without the belly and the butt (which is now great instead of great big), I'm quite trim.
So congrats on your brilliant results, and enjoy the big breakfast!
And BTW, I just hired a Presidential Management Fellow who graduated from American last spring with her law degree. She's awesome... that's a great school!
