Blueberry drink

I like the blueberry drink but was told I could only have it every other day.

The blueberry-cran Granata is an unrestricted packet, you can have it for all 3 packets every day if you want, unless there are other dietary concerns/allergies you are dealing with.

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't see why either.

The drinks are so nice because they last a long time. Unlike the bars which I devour in minutes.

Did your coach give you anything that tells you which packets are restricted and which are not? You can have 1 restricted packet (all bars, soy puffs, cheese snacks, maple oatmeal, pancake mix, spaghetti and chili) per day but you can have unrestricted packets whenever. All the drinks and puddings are unrestricted. :)

Yes she did but verbally mentioned to only have the blueberry every other day. I couldn't see why from the sheets given.

I get the restricted items and will probably stick with the bars. They are yummy. All the good stuff seems restricted lol.

Sorry I didn't attach this to your reply scorbett1103. I am still experimenting on how to work this chat group.

That's ok! I'm wondering if she meant that you SHOULD have the blueberry drink every other day and not just once in a while....the blueberry drink and the raspberry jello have collagen in them, which can help with skin condition as you lose weight. I know all about the yumminess of the restricted foods - I had bought a bunch of stuff, then realized I had WAY more restricted than unrestricted. Had to go back and fix that otherwise I'd have been in trouble after the first 3 days!

Good Afternoon everyone, I am also new to the IP diet. I just started today and I am so excited to get started and see my progress as I go. I am nervous and I am not sure why? I want to lose at least 32 lbs, I know that does not sound like alot but to me it is. I am 44 years old but feel like I have become slower in the things that I used to be able to do. I am noticing that I am out of breathe alot more due to the increase in weight. My husband is so excited to help me do this and keep me true to this. I have an awesome support team with him but would like to speak to people that have been on this program and have seen improvement with their results.

So am I :) I didn't know until last week there was a blueberry pudding too :)

The blueberry Pom drink and raspberry jello packets are incomplete proteins which is why you don't want to use them every day. My coach also tells me that I can have them in addition to my regular 3 daily packets.

I saw that in another thread - boy do I wish my coach had that info!!!

I picked up the Proti-Diet grape drink concentrate today and it looks like that one has very similar nutritional info to the IP collagen products. Good news: another collagen choice, but I'll definitely start using that as an occasional 4th packet instead of working it into my 3-a-day.

3rd day on IP

Hello,
New to IP and FC. I am into my third day and so far so good. I have lost 40 pounds on Medifast but burned out on the food. I managed to keep the weight off but realized in order for me to meet my target of 145 I needed to find a new program that I could follow. So far the food taste good to me and I like the support from the RN. I am looking forward to meeting new people on this forum:). One question I have...what is the name of the app used to track daily food?

Cheers, Garcy
