I just want you to know, I've read your story before and it makes me want to cry every time. What you were going thru and how wonderful you did to turn your life around is truly an inspiration for anyone. I think maybe this time I can really give it a try. I've tried many times before and failed everytime. I am where you were (w/o the health problems) so to know that you've been there and done it, I can too darnit. I did Atkins and had great results from it, I just couldn't make it a lifestyle. I'm joining WW this week and this time I will have a buddy to help me along the way rather than do it by myself.
Anyway, I really just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!
Wow, Wow, Wow!!! You are amazing! Thank-you so much for sharing your story, it is important to know weight loss can help disease, we get so many conflicting messages about that, but you are the real deal a true inspiration.
Even though Lily hasn't been on in a few months.......she was awaiting a liver transplant....her story is so amazing and I hope others are as moved as I was from reading it.
Many thanks to you such a great amount for sharing the medicinal side of your story. I simply had a medical checkup yesterday and, despite the fact that I've been rolling out improvements in the course of the most recent 3 months, I am more decided than any time in recent memory to proceed with these progressions.
